Definitions
- Resources: All premium assets provided by FlyonUI Pro, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Figma files, and other source code assets. Examples: Pro Components, Blocks, Templates, Figma files.
- End Product: Any software, site, or app that uses or is built using FlyonUI Resources. Examples: LMS, HRMS, CMS, eCommerce software, or SaaS apps.
- End User: A user who interacts with the End Product. There are no restrictions on the number of End Users.
- Client: A customer or company receiving a custom-developed End Product from the license holder.
- Licensee: The individual or organization that purchased the license.
License Period
All FlyonUI Pro licenses include lifetime access. That means once purchased, you can use the Resources indefinitely according to the license terms.
Pro License
The license grants permission to one individual (the Licensee) to access and use the Resources for personal or client project.
You can:
- Use the Resources to create unlimited End Products.
- Use the Resources to create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.
- Modify the Resources to create derivative components and templates. Those Product are subject to this license.
- Use the Resources to create End Products where the End Product is sold to End Users.
- Use the Resources to create End Products that are open source and freely available to End Users.
You cannot:
- Use the Resources to create End Products that are designed to allow an End User to build their own End Products using the Resources or derivatives of the Resources.
- Share your access to the Resources with any other individuals.
- Redistribute the Resources or their derivatives separately from an End Product, whether as code or design assets.
- Use the Resources to create any product or service deemed by Licensor, in its sole discretion, to be competitive with or in conflict with the business of FlyonUI.
Example usage
Examples of usage allowed by the license:
- Creating a personal website for the Licensee.
- Developing a website or web application for a Client, owned by that Client.
- Building a commercial SaaS application (e.g., LMS, HRMS, CMS) where End Users pay a fee to access the application.
- Developing a commercial self-hosted web application sold to End Users for a one-time fee.
- Creating an open-source web application (e.g., a conference organization app) where the primary purpose is not to redistribute the Resources and the source code is publicly available.
Examples of usage not allowed by the license:
- Creating and publicly sharing a repository of Resources or derivatives thereof.
- Developing a UI library using Resources and distributing it, whether for sale or free.
- Converting Resources to another framework (e.g., React, Vue, NextJS, Laravel) and distributing it, whether for sale or free.
- Creating a Figma or Sketch UI kit based on Resource designs.
- Developing a "website builder" project allowing End Users to create websites using Resources or derivatives.
- Creating an “AI tool” trained on Resources that enables End Users to build websites or web applications.
- Creating a theme, template, or project starter kit using Resources and distributing it, whether for sale or free.
- Developing an admin panel tool and distributing it, whether for sale or free.
In simple terms, use FlyonUI for anything you like as long as it doesn't directly compete with FlyonUI business.
Team License
The Team License grants permission to a team of up to 15 individuals employed by or contracted to the Licensee to access and use the Resources.
You can:
- Use the Resources to create unlimited End Products.
- Use the Resources to create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.
- Modify the Resources to create derivative components and templates. Those Product are subject to this license.
- Use the Resources to create End Products where the End Product is sold to End Users.
- Use the Resources to create End Products that are open source and freely available to End Users.
You cannot:
- Use the Resources to create End Products that are designed to allow an End User to build their own End Products using the Resources or derivatives of the Resources.
- Share your access to the Resources with any other individuals.
- Redistribute the Resources or their derivatives separately from an End Product, whether as code or design assets.
- Use the Resources to create any product or service deemed by Licensor, in its sole discretion, to be competitive with or in conflict with the business of FlyonUI.
Example usage
Examples of usage allowed by the license:
- Creating a website for the Licensee's company.
- Developing a website or web application for a Client, owned by that Client.

Enterprise License
The Enterprise License grants permission to all employees and contractors of the Licensee (Company/Enterprise) to access and use the Resources.
You can:
- Use the Resources to create unlimited End Products.
- Use the Resources to create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.
- Modify the Resources to create derivative components and templates. Those Product are subject to this license.
- Use the Resources to create End Products where the End Product is sold to End Users.
- Use the Resources to create End Products that are open source and freely available to End Users.
You cannot:
- Use the Resources to create End Products that are designed to allow an End User to build their own End Products using the Resources or derivatives of the Resources.
- Share your access to the Resources with any other individuals.
- Redistribute the Resources or their derivatives separately from an End Product, whether as code or design assets.
- Use the Resources to create any product or service deemed by Licensor, in its sole discretion, to be competitive with or in conflict with the business of FlyonUI.

Enforcement
If the Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement, Licensor reserves the right to terminate access to the Licensee's FlyonUI Pro account. A refund may be issued at Licensor's sole discretion.
In cases of intentional or malicious violations, such as redistributing Resources through private channels, no refund will be issued.
The copyright in the Resources is owned by CleVision Technologies Private Limited The Licensee is granted only the permissions outlined in this Agreement, and all other rights are reserved. CleVision Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use of the Resources outside the scope of this Agreement.
Liability
CleVision Technologies Private Limited's liability for any costs, damages, or losses arising from the Licensee's use of the Resources, including third-party claims, is limited to a refund of the license fee paid by the Licensee.
CleVision Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the Licensee's use of the Resources.
